I downloaded it after I yelled. Then I never opened it again.

Compass, Paths, Attune. Three things worth opening on a completely ordinary Tuesday.

What you actually get

What is actually in there on a quiet night

  • One specific thing to try with your kid today — written for his age, not generic advice

  • Ten minutes of guided reflection once the house finally goes quiet

  • A short read on what actually makes him tick, built from what you already know about him

  • No hard night required. Works better when nothing is wrong.

The part that matters
01

You downloaded it after something went sideways. That makes sense. That is what it is built for.

02

But there is a version of Anchor that has nothing to do with a hard moment. Compass gives you one specific thing to try with your kid today — not a framework, not a chapter, one move. Thirty seconds to read. You either use it or you do not.

03

Paths is ten quiet minutes after bedtime. The house is finally still. You sit down. It walks you through what happened this week and what you want to do differently. Not a course. Not homework. Ten minutes, then you close it.

04

Attune is a short profile of how your kid actually works — what gets through to him, what shuts him down, what he needs from you at this age. You build it by answering a few questions about him. It makes everything else in the app more specific to your actual child, not a hypothetical one.

05

None of this requires a crisis to be worth opening. That is the point. The dads who come back on ordinary Tuesdays are the ones who show up differently on the hard ones.

Straight answers

What you are probably wondering

I already have it installed. What do I actually do right now?

Open it. Go to Compass. Read the one thing it has for today. That is it. You are done in under a minute.

Is this going to turn into a daily habit I have to keep up with?

No. Compass is one read. Paths is ten minutes, once, whenever you want it. Nothing sends you a streak to protect. Open it when it is useful, close it when it is not.

I thought this was for when things go wrong. Is it actually useful on a normal day?

The Repair feature is there when things go wrong and it works fast. But Compass and Paths exist specifically for the nights when nothing happened and you just want to be a little more prepared for tomorrow.

Will it remember anything about my kid from last time?

Yes. Attune holds what you have already told it about him. The more you put in, the more specific everything else gets — the reads, the guided prompts, the repair suggestions. It carries forward.

How much of this is actually free?

Free. Every feature is included.

What if I open it and it does not feel relevant?

Go to Attune and update one thing about your kid. Age, what is going on at school right now, what has been hard lately. That single update changes what Compass shows you tomorrow.
