Free app for dads

The house is quiet. You have ten minutes. Use them.

Paths are short programs inside Anchor — one for after bedtime, one for after the yell, one for the next tantrum. Free. Every feature is included.

iOS and Android. Free. Every feature is included.

What you actually get

What you get in ten minutes

  • A short guided program matched to tonight — the hard bedtime, the yell you haven't addressed, the tantrum that's coming tomorrow

  • No course to finish. No account to pay for. Open the app, pick what fits right now, and you're moving.

  • Repair: the exact sentence to say after you lost your temper — not a concept, the actual words

  • Compass: one page on your kid's age so tomorrow makes a little more sense

  • Everything is included from the first open. Nothing is locked.

The part that matters
01

You've tried reading the article at midnight. It had seventeen steps and you were asleep by step four.

02

You've tried the podcast on the drive. Good ideas. Gone by the time you parked.

03

You've tried waiting until you felt ready. That night hasn't arrived.

04

Paths are different because they start where you actually are — the ten minutes after the kids are asleep, when nothing is on fire and you can think for a second.

05

Pick the one that fits tonight. Bedtime was rough and you want to go in better tomorrow. You yelled and you haven't said anything about it yet. The tantrum cycle has been grinding for two weeks and you want one concrete thing to try.

06

Each program is short on purpose. Not because the subject is simple — because you're a dad with ten minutes, not a graduate student with a semester.

07

Anchor is a free iOS and Android app. Paths is one surface inside it. So is Repair — the part that tells you what to say after you lost your temper. So is Compass — one page on your child's age that actually connects to how today went.

08

Nobody handed you this. That's the whole point of building it.

Straight answers

Questions you're probably asking

What exactly is a Path?

A short guided program — usually under ten minutes — that walks you through one specific situation. Bedtime resistance. Recovering after you yelled. Preparing for a pattern that keeps repeating. You pick the one that fits tonight and work through it at your own pace.

Do I have to start from the beginning every time?

No. Each Path is designed to be useful in a single session. You can return to the same one, try a different one, or use a different surface entirely — Repair if something just happened, Compass if you want context on your kid's age.

I already know what I'm supposed to do. Why do I keep not doing it?

Knowing and doing are different problems. Paths aren't teaching you new theory — they're helping you think through the actual situation you're in, with language you can use tonight, not concepts to remember later.

Is this a course I have to finish?

No. There's no progress bar you're behind on. No streak you'll break. Open it when it fits and close it when you're done.

What if my situation doesn't match any of the programs?

Open Repair if something already happened. Open Compass for a one-page read on your child's current age. Anchor is built around the hard moment — not a curriculum you have to work through in order.

Is it actually free?

Free. Every feature is included.
